The National Council for Vocational Education and Skills Enhancement (NCVESE) is an Initiative of Rwikati Uplifting Foundation recognised by Indian Govt. under Central Govt. Section 8 2013 Act, MCA. NCVESE is a national-level organization committed to transforming India’s vocational training landscape through quality, standardization, and industry relevance. Established with the vision of bridging India’s growing skill gap, NCVESE creates a unified, competency-based framework that empowers learners, supports institutions, and strengthens the nation’s workforce.
As an academic authority, NCVESE develops standardized curricula, regulates qualification frameworks, and ensures that every certified learner meets nationally benchmarked skill standards. As a development partner, NCVESE enables institutes to operate through its Authorized Training Provider (ATP) / Franchise Model, ensuring uniform, high-quality skill delivery across the country.
NCVESE integrates modern training methodologies, digital learning systems, and transparent certification processes to support employability and lifelong learning. Backed by accreditation from the Rwikati Uplifting Foundation (Section 8 – 2013), NCVESE stands for credibility, governance, and excellence in skill development.
